Under a completely eclectic concept the design of this apartment in the cabrera is reduced. The use of the material is just like the wood floors. Textures, contrasts and art achieved make this project a design reference in Bogotá.
This beautiful neoclassical house, part of the cultural and architectural heritage of Bogotá was the
object of a successful renovation. The indisputable predominance of white in all rooms is contrasted with wood tones and black and brown ranges which manage to give hierarchy to furniture, sculptures and paintings, accentuating the decorative and functional level of the spaces.
This summer house was designed to emanate all the charm and exquisiteness of contemporary architecture and interior design. The design proposal was developed in its entirety of exterior and interior, generating contrasts of shapes and tones to make this a unique project, taking into account the needs of our customers.
From the beginning of the construction, we are engaged in turning this apartment into an attractive and functional habitat, just to the measure of the tastes and the budget of the owners. Under a Scandinavian style, we look for clear and spacious interiors, in which the textures, colors and accessories resulted in a perfect contrast in each of the spaces of the house.
An absolute remodeling was carried out, achieving as a result a completely timeless and modern apartment. Wide spaces, light tones and carpentry details defined this project as a piece of warm
minimalism as we look for the client.
This house was built taking the rectangle as its basic form. A simple and contemporary design which separates the private area (first floor) from the social area (second floor). Its large windows allow great use of natural light and give a perfect visual of the landscape which was the key element for the development of the project.
